Project Overview

Lakhta Center in St. Petersburg, Russia, is the tallest building in Europe, rising 462 meters with 83 floors and 3 underground levels. Designed as a modern multifunctional hub, it integrates offices, cultural venues, public spaces, and advanced engineering systems, making it one of the most complex high-rise projects in the world.

The team contributed to this landmark development, providing design management and coordination within the General Designer (Samsung C&T) and General Contractor (Arabtec Construction) structure. The work focused on integrating architectural, structural, and engineering systems across the project disciplines.
