Project Overview

In2It is a mixed-use development that brings together a hotel, residential apartments, and commercial spaces in St. Petersburg. The building was designed using BIM technology (Revit), which allowed precise coordination of all engineering and architectural solutions. The design gave particular attention to energy efficiency, sound insulation, and comfortable integration into the urban setting.
