Kazan Riviera

Project Overview

The Riviera high-rise complex was a planned landmark development in Kazan, Republic of Tatarstan. Designed to reach 270 meters in height with a total floor area of 140,000 m², it was envisioned as a mixed-use development integrating residential apartments, offices, and commercial facilities. If completed, it would have been one of the tallest buildings in Russia outside Moscow and St. Petersburg.

Our team’s role

• Participated in concept and design development for the high-rise.
• Supported geotechnical analysis and foundation design concepts.
• Provided structural coordination across the entire project.
• Contributed to technical documentation for residential and office components.
