Dr. Renat Nurmukhametov is the Technical Director for the MENA Region at Frigate LLC. He holds a Ph.D. in Geotechnical Engineering and is a certified construction design engineer (NOPRIZ National Register, Russia).
With extensive expertise in structural design, foundation engineering, and innovative geotechnical solutions, Prof. Nurmukhametov has led and coordinated numerous landmark projects in Russia and the Middle East. His portfolio includes high-rise complexes, hotels, university campuses, and urban infrastructure developments such as the Lakhta Center in St. Petersburg, Kazan Riviera Tower, and the Grozny City Project.
Renat is also an active member of the Russian Society for Soil Mechanics, Geotechnics, and Foundation Engineering, contributing to the advancement of professional standards and knowledge sharing in the field. At Frigate LLC, he oversees strategic operations and project leadership across the MENA region, combining international experience with local insight to deliver innovative, sustainable, and reliable engineering solutions.
