Dr. Mohanad Muayad Sabri is the CEO of Frigate LLC. He holds a Ph.D. in Geotechnical Engineering and is ranked among the Top 2% Scientists worldwide (Elsevier & Stanford, 2025). With over 15 years of international experience in academia, industry, and large-scale projects, he specializes in soil–structure interaction, ground improvement, foundation design, and advanced construction materials.
Dr. Sabri also leads the self-Healing Materials Laboratory at Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University, driving innovation in sustainable infrastructure and self-healing concrete systems.
He has authored more than 120 peer-reviewed publications, including 37 in Q1 journals, and has directed R&D initiatives funded by the Russian Science Foundation and National Mega Grants.
