Overview

Frigate LLC delivers end-to-end geotechnical support from early site studies to construction monitoring. We combine advanced soil investigations, SSI modeling, and excavation/foundation design to reduce uncertainty, control ground movements, and optimize cost. Our team blends international standards with local conditions to produce safe, durable, and buildable solutions for urban and complex sites.

What’s Include In The Services?

  • Site & soil investigations: Boreholes, CPT, test pits, geophysics; field logging and lab testing (Atterberg, triaxial, oedometer, permeability).
  • Geotechnical analysis: Bearing capacity, settlement, liquefaction, slope stability, retaining systems, seismic checks.
  • SSI modeling: 2D/3D FEM (e.g., PLAXIS/MIDAS), staged construction, groundwater–structure interaction, creep & consolidation.
  • Excavation & shoring design: Diaphragm/ secant piles, soldier piles + lagging, struts/ tiebacks, top-down construction.
  • Groundwater control: Well-point and deep-well dewatering, cutoff walls, recharge, and monitoring plans.
  • Foundations: Piles (bored/ CFA/ micro), rafts/ mats, combined footings; capacity + settlement verification.
  • Ground improvement: Jet grouting, DSM, vibro-replacement/ compaction, soil mixing, grouting.
  • Instrumentation & monitoring: Inclinometers, piezometers, settlement points; trigger levels & reporting.
  • Codes & deliverables: Design notes, calculation packages, drawings, method statements per Eurocode 7 / local regs, risk & value engineering.
